White House Confirms No Cognitive Test for Joe Biden’s Upcoming Physical Exam

The White House confirmed that President Joe Biden will not undergo a cognitive test as part of his upcoming physical examination scheduled for February 16, FOX News reported.

This decision, confirmed by White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, follows assertions from investigative reporter Paul Sperry regarding comments made by White House Physician Dr. Kevin O’Connor.

“White House Physician Kevin O’Connor said he will not advise Biden undergo a neurological exam or cognitive test as part of his belated Feb 16 “annual” physical. O’Connor doesn’t believe it’s necessary, despite egregious memory lapses observed by Special Counsel Rob Hur,” Sperry wrote on X.

Dr. O’Connor, who has overseen Biden’s medical evaluations, reportedly stated that he does not see the necessity for including a neurological exam or cognitive test in the President’s upcoming physical.

This stance is taken despite observations from Special Counsel Rob Hur, who called Joe Biden an “elderly man with a poor memory” in a report last week.

“We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory. Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt. It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him – by then a former president well into his eighties – of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.” the report read.

In a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre affirmed Dr. O’Connor’s position, claiming that “Biden does more in one hour than most people do in a day!” even though he has an empty schedule for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of this week.

As reporters delved deeper into the necessity of a cognitive assessment for the President, Jean-Pierre reiterated Dr. O’Connor’s earlier statements, claiming the daily evidence of Biden’s cognitive competencies through his leadership and decision-making roles.

‘Unprecedented in American judicial history’: Oldest federal judge vows to ‘continue to fight’ to be reinstated on bench after fellow judges have her suspended for ‘overwhelming evidence’ of decreased mental capacity

96-year-old federal appellate court judge whose co-workers say has been habitually confused and belligerent scored a partial win in court Monday against the panel of fellow judges she sued after being suspended. That suspension was upheld last Wednesday, and the judge is still not permitted to retake the bench.

Ronald Reagan appointee U.S. Circuit Judge Pauline Newman is the oldest judge on the federal judiciary. Newman served for nearly four decades on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit until she was suspended in September by the Committee on Judicial Conduct and Disability for refusing to cooperate with an investigation into her mental capacity.

Newman’s mental health and fitness to serve was called into question after colleagues complained that her docket dragged woefully behind an appropriate timeline, and raised concerns about the judge’s inappropriate behavior. Ultimately, an investigation was conducted at the behest of the committee and investigators found “overwhelming evidence” of Newman’s memory loss, lack of comprehension, and confusion, and said the judge was often “frustrated, agitated, belligerent, and hostile towards court staff.” They provided numerous examples of Newman’s problematic behavior, ranging from threatening to have her own staff arrested to incoherent and paranoid rambling.

Last September, the committee issued a lengthy written decision in which is said that although Newman “served with distinction” and was “the most beloved colleague on our court,” that it had “increasing doubts” as to whether the nonagenarian could properly fulfill her duties on the bench.

The committee directed Newman to undergo a 30-45-minute interview with a neurologist and a full neuropsychological examination with hours of cognitive testing, but the judge refused. Newman also refused to provide the committee with medical records from the prior two years dealing with cognitive deficiencies and fatigue. Instead, Newman offered her own medical experts, who she said would examine her for a much shorter period of time. The committee responded with a suspension.

After Newman was informed that she would no longer be assigned new cases over which to preside, lawyers filed a federal lawsuit on her behalf in which Newman sued Chief Circuit Judge Kimberly A. Moore and all the other Federal Circuit judges on the committee over their handling of the complaints about Newman’s mental capacity. In the lawsuit, Newman challenged not only the actions taken against her, but also the legal provisions that allowed the judicial committee to issue the suspension order.

Newman was represented in the lawsuit by New Civil Liberties Alliance (NCLA), a public-interest law firm that focuses on the “administrative state.” The same firm also represented Newman in a direct challenge of the committee’s ruling on her suspension, which is proceeding separately.

Biden White House Removes Joe Biden’s Disastrous Thursday Night Press Conference and Unlists the Video from White House YouTube Page – And The Lame Excuse on Why They Did This Doesn’t Cut It

On Thursday evening Joe Biden delivered brief remarks and took questions from reporters after Special Counsel Robert Hur released a 345-page report on the stolen classified documents investigation.

Hur found that Joe Biden “willfully retained” classified information, a criminal offense, however, he decided not to charge him anyway. Hur said there is evidence Biden retained classified notebooks, “knowing he was not allowed to do so.”

The Justice Department defended not bringing charges against Biden because he’s a “sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

In a strange twist of events, the legacy media turned on Joe Biden after Hur’s report was released. One reporter suggested Joe Biden should step aside and let another Democrat run for president against Trump. Obviously, the compliant media was given a new set of marching orders.

The press conference was a disaster for Joe Biden as he screamed at reporters, continued to spout provable lies, and confused names of world leaders.

Following the press conference, The Biden White House deleted the original live video of Joe Biden’s disastrous performance.

The video no longer appears on the live videos page of the White House YouTube account.

“My Memory Is Fine” Biden Fumes, Before Confusing Egypt’s Sisi With The President Of Mexico

In less than 15 minutes, President Biden proved Special Counsel Robert Hur right and confirmed all concerns about his fitness for office.

As we detailed earlier, Hur wrote in his report that he would not suggest bringing charges against the president for his mishandling of classified documents because, “Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

The president, having ‘seen dead people’ numerous times this week, was apparently displeased with the report, and decided the correct course of action was a (rare) press conference to set the world straight on his mental acuity.

It did not go well.

He welcomed the special counsel’s decision not to bring charges:

“The bottom line is the matter is now closed,” Biden asserted, with respect to the report.

But, then proceeded to throw his staff under the bus:

“I take responsibility for not having seen exactly what my staff was doing,” he said.

“Things that appeared in my garage, things that came out of my home, things that were moved, were moved not by me, but my staff, but my staff,” he continued.

Then he took issue with the special counsel report’s questioning his mental acuity around the timing of his son’s death, and angry-old-man mode was unleashed:

“How in the hell dare he raise that? Frankly, when I was asked the question, I thought to myself, it was none of their damn business,” Biden thundered.

Biden started to say he wore his son’s rosary every day since the day Beau died, but stopped, when he appeared to forget where the rosary came from.

“Every Memorial Day we hold a service remembering him, attended by friends and family and the people who loved him,” Biden continued, after a pause. “I don’t need anyone. I don’t need anyone to remind me when he passed away.”

The mumbling continued as opened up the press conference to questions – not a great idea in hindsight.

‘Too Old And Feeble’: No Charges For Biden Despite ‘Willful’ Mishandling Of Docs, National Security Risk

The latest evidence of a two-tiered justice system and Democrats apparently above the law comes in a report released Thursday afternoon by the special counsel investigating President Biden’s mismanagement of classified documents, which decided against charging the president.

“Our investigation uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen,” according to a special counsel’s final report.

In the report, special counsel Robert Hur wrote, “Biden will likely present himself to the jury, as he did during his interview with our office, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.”

Despite the president’s mishandling of classified documents about foreign policy and the military and pages and pages of entries about national security, the special counsel concluded:

“We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter.

“We reach the same conclusion even if Department of Justice policy did not foreclose criminal charges against a sitting president.”

Biden Says He’s Not For “Abortion On Demand” But Supports It In”All Three Trimesters”

During his appearance in Nevada Sunday, Joe Biden declared that he does not support “abortion on demand” then immediately stated that he is for abortion during “all three trimesters” of pregnancy.

“I love how Trump is saying Biden is for abortion on demand. Not true. That’s not what Roe v. Wade said. It said the three trimesters,” Biden stated.

“Trump and his MAGA friends are dividing us, not uniting us,” he further slurred.

He also declared that “Roe v. Wade has taken away a woman’s right to choose.”

“All three trimesters” would be abortion at any point up until birth then, so what Trump said is in fact true.

Biden has never outlined any form of abortion that he is against. Furthermore, legislation he supported last Congress, called The Women’s Health Protection Act, would have effectively codified late-term abortion into law.

The legislation, which was defeated on a procedural vote, would have required all states to allow abortion even after the point at which unborn children can feel pain.

Elsewhere during the speech Sunday, Biden again struggled to form sentences, and at one point related how three years ago he met with “Mitterrand from Germany.”

Mitterrand was the French President from 1981 to 1995, and he died 28 years ago.

Biden Mumbles For 10 Seconds Straight, Randomly Screams During Incoherent Speech

President Joe Biden’s speech in Wisconsin turned into an unexpected rollercoaster of mumbles and sudden outbursts. As former President Donald Trump edges towards securing the Republican presidential nomination, Biden visited the Wisconsin city of Superior on Thursday.

The area, once a stronghold of blue-collar voters for Democrats, has seen a shift in political sentiment favoring Trump, coinciding with the decline of industrial employment.

During his remarks, which were intended to discuss important policy issues, the President seemed to be in a battle of wits with his teleprompter.

PENTAGON-FUNDED STUDY WARNS DEMENTIA AMONG U.S. OFFICIALS POSES NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT

AS THE NATIONAL security workforce ages, dementia impacting U.S. officials poses a threat to national security, according to a first-of-its-kind study by a Pentagon-funded think tank. The report, released this spring, came as several prominent U.S. officials trusted with some of the nation’s most highly classified intelligence experienced public lapses, stoking calls for resignations and debate about Washington’s aging leadership.

Sen. Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., who had a second freezing episode last month, enjoys the most privileged access to classified information of anyone in Congress as a member of the so-called Gang of Eight congressional leadership. Ninety-year-old Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., whose decline has seen her confused about how to vote and experiencing memory lapses — forgetting conversations and not recalling a monthslong absence — was for years a member of the Gang of Eight and remains a member of the Senate Intelligence Committee, on which she has served since 2001.

The study, published by the RAND Corporation’s National Security Research Division in April, identifies individuals with both current and former access to classified material who develop dementia as threats to national security, citing the possibility that they may unwittingly disclose government secrets.

“Individuals who hold or held a security clearance and handled classified material could become a security threat if they develop dementia and unwittingly share government secrets,” the study says.

Dianne Feinstein, 90, cedes power of attorney to daughter — but still serves in Congress

California Sen. Dianne Feinstein has relinquished power of attorney to her daughter — even as she continues to serve in Congress at the age of 90, according to a report.

The Democratic senator — who is the oldest member of Congress — has faced calls to resign after health complications kept her away from the Capitol for months earlier this year.

Since returning to Washington DC, she has appeared frail and has had a number of public mental lapses.

Feinstein handed over power of attorney to her daughter, 66-year-old Katherine Feinstein, in part to help handle legal battles over her late husband Richard Blum’s estate, the New York Times reported on Thursday.

In one dispute, Katherine, Feinstein’s only child, is at odds with Blum’s three daughters over the ownership of a luxury beach house owned by Feinstein, according to the paper.

In a separate lawsuit, the two families are feuding over Blum’s life insurance, which Feinstein claims she needs to cover her increasing medical costs, The Times reported.

Biden lets American military info slip during live interview, sparking backlash

President Biden sat down for a recent interview in which he said the United States is low on 155 mm artillery ammunition rounds, sparking outrage and questions of competency from conservatives on social media.

During the interview, which aired Sunday morning, Biden defended his administration for sending cluster munitions to Ukraine as a “transition period” until more munitions are produced.

“This is a war relating to munitions. And they’re running out of that ammunition, and we’re low on it,” Biden told CNN’s Fareed Zakaria. “And so, what I finally did, I took the recommendation of the Defense Department to – not permanently – but to allow for this transition period while we get more 155 weapons, these shells, for the Ukrainians.”

Reactions on social media ranged from confused to outrage as conservative pundits and experts alike wondered why Biden was announcing the U.S. shortage during a nationally televised interview that would be seen by adversaries.
