US Releases $870 Million in Military Aid for Taiwan, Angering China

The US has quietly released $870 million in funding for military aid to Taiwan after it was briefly paused during the Trump administration’s freeze on foreign aid.

Reuters first reported on February 21 that the US released the military aid for Taiwan as part of $5.3 billion in exemptions from the foreign aid pause. China, which strongly opposes US military support for Taiwan, reacted to the news on February 26.

“We are deeply concerned over relevant reports,” said Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian. “China has all along opposed US military assistance to China’s Taiwan region, which has severely violated the one-China principle and the three China-US joint communiqués, undermined China’s sovereignty and security interests, and sent a gravely wrong signal to ‘Taiwan independence’ separatist forces.”

Lin added that China urges the US to “stop arming Taiwan and undermining peace and stability in the Taiwan Strait.”

The US has always sold weapons to Taiwan since Washington severed diplomatic relations with Taipei as part of a normalization agreement with Beijing in 1979, but it wasn’t until 2023 that the US began providing US-funded military aid, a step that marked a significant escalation. In 2024, President Biden signed off on more than $1 billion in military aid for Taiwan.

The US military support is done in the name of deterrence, but it has only escalated tensions in the region. During a press conference on February 27, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Wu Qian issued a strong warning against US involvement in Taiwan, which has been encouraged by the island’s ruling Democratic Progressive Party (DPP).

Norwegian Defense Minister Forced to Intervene After Fuel Supplier Threatens to Cut Off U.S. Military Vessels

A Norwegian marine fuel supplier just learned a harsh lesson in geopolitics after its attempt to cut off the U.S. military backfired spectacularly.

Haltbakk Bunkers, one of Norway’s major fuel providers, announced it would no longer supply fuel to American military vessels in Norwegian ports. The reason? A temper tantrum over President Donald Trump’s unapologetic America First foreign policy.

This stunt came after a heated exchange between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Trump, standing firm with Vice President J.D. Vance by his side, reprimanded Zelensky for his entitled attitude toward U.S. aid, calling him out for refusing to engage in meaningful peace negotiations with Russia.

Trump went so far as to accuse Zelensky of “gambling with World War Three” before abruptly ending the meeting.

Enraged by Trump’s unwavering stance, Haltbakk Bunkers released an unhinged statement on social media, declaring, “No Fuel to Americans!” and urging other European companies to follow suit.

Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico Refuses to Fund Ukraine, Declares No More Financial or Military Aid

Slovakia’s Prime Minister Robert Fico has officially declared that his country will no longer be a cash cow or arms dealer for Ukraine’s endless war.

Taking to X on Saturday, Fico laid out a scathing rebuke of the West’s obsession with funneling money and weapons into a conflict he says is going nowhere fast.

“Slovakia will not support Ukraine either financially or militarily to enable it to continue the war,” he said in a statement, adding that while other nations can waste their resources if they please, Slovakia’s done playing along.

This announcement makes Slovakia one of the first European nations to publicly break from the EU’s dogmatic pro-Ukraine stance.

While globalist leaders continue to pump billions into the war, Fico’s government is calling for an immediate ceasefire—something Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and many EU leaders stubbornly reject.

Fico also slammed the West’s so-called “peace through strength” strategy, calling it an illusion designed to perpetuate the conflict rather than resolve it.

“Slovakia has reservations about the unrealistic strategy of “peace through strength,” which is only intended to serve as a justification for continuing the war in Ukraine. Ukraine will never be strong enough to negotiate from a position of military power,” he added.

Rather than blindly following the EU’s war-first approach, Slovakia is advocating for immediate peace talks and a halt to the flow of European taxpayers’ money into what Fico sees as an unwinnable war.

Perhaps one of the most striking aspects of Fico’s statement is his demand for the EU to restore the transit of Russian gas through Ukraine to Slovakia and the rest of Western Europe.

Tin Foil Haturday, Did Zelenskyy Sabotage the Meeting to Appease the Globalists? Roll the Tape….

One hopes that by now, you’ve had the chance and time to watch the first 40 or so minutes of the Oval Office meeting that ended with the one-two clown-slapping beatdown that Vice President Vance and President Trump gave to former Golden Boy Vlad Zelenskyy.

FACT-O-RAMA! The Operation Mockingbird media mudpuppies did everything possible to portray Zelenskyy as the underdog warrior who defiantly stood up to Russia’s Vlad Putin, including pushing videos of Hollywood “elites” who traveled to Ukraine to meet with Zelenskyy, allegedly being paid to do so by USAID, though Ben Stiller and many left wing news outlets suggest this is a lie made up by “Russian media.”

The meeting appears to be going along swimmingly until Zelenskyy, appallingly, seems to sabotage the whole thing as he goes after Vance for suggesting diplomacy is the answer to the Ukraine/Russia war.

Vance lays down the first verbal wallop with a fistful of common sense, which he follows up by accusing Zelenskyy of being ungrateful for the massive financial support sent to Ukraine by the U.S.

Trump works as “the closer” and loudly reminds Zelenskyy that he doesn’t have “the cards” to finish the war and that he better take the deal Trump can negotiate for him.

Zelensky posts slew of thanks after Vance accuses him of being ungrateful for support

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky spent the last 24 hours making a public showing of gratitude by thanking leaders across the globe for their outpouring of support after Vice President Vance accused him of being ungrateful for U.S. support amid the country’s war against Russia.

Zelensky shared his appreciation with the presidents of Switzerland, Finland, Estonia, Romania, Latvia and the Netherlands, in addition to prime ministers from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Finland, and many more, in separate posts that have overtaken his feed on X.

“Thank you for your support,” he wrote in response to several world leaders.

Zelensky also made a point to thank the United States.

“We are very grateful to the United States for all the support. I’m thankful to President Trump, Congress for their bipartisan support, and American people. Ukrainians have always appreciated this support, especially during these three years of full-scale invasion,” Zelensky wrote in a Friday statement following a heated debate that led to his departure from the White House.

“Our relationship with the American President is more than just two leaders; it’s a historic and solid bond between our peoples. That’s why I always begin with words of gratitude from our nation to the American nation,” he added in a separate post.

The leader also posted a video highlighting the positives from the contentious Oval Office meeting. Before he met with President Trump, Zelensky shared a Feb. 12 post acknowledging his gratitude for a strategic partnership with the Republican leader specifically.

ICC Urged to Investigate Allegations of War Crimes in Gaza Involving Biden & Blinken

The International Criminal Court (ICC) has been requested to conduct an investigation into allegations of war crimes involving President Joe Biden and Secretary of State Antony Blinken for their role in facilitating Israel’s genocide of the native Palestinian population in Gaza.

This marks a significant precedent, as it is the first instance in which a United States-based entity has sought a judicial inquiry into a former president’s potential involvement in purported war crimes and crimes against humanity…

Democracy for the Arab World Now (DAWN) published a 172-page report outlining their request and communications to the International Criminal Court (ICC), in which they have alleged former President Biden, former Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and former Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin – played an accessorial role in aiding and abetting, as well as intentionally contributing to, Israeli war crimes and crimes against humanity in Gaza.

Bipartisan Group of RINOs and Democrat Senators Met with Zelensky and Blew Smoke Up His A$$ Before He Met with Trump – Zelensky Releases Video where You Can See Clearly Who Participated

On Friday, Ukrainian President Zelensky met with a bipartisan group of US Senators and warmongers before his meeting with President Trump.

The meeting was held at the Hay Adams Hotel across from the White House and took place before Zelensky went to the White House.

Zelensky wrote:

An important visit to the United States. In Washington, I met with a bipartisan delegation from the U.S. Senate.

Our discussions focused on the continued military assistance for Ukraine, relevant legislative initiatives, my meeting with President Trump, efforts to achieve a just and lasting peace, our vision for ending the war, and the importance of robust security guarantees.

We take pride in having strategic partners and friends like the United States. We are grateful for the unwavering bicameral and bipartisan support for Ukraine throughout all three years of Russia’s full-scale aggression.

As you watch the video below, you see US senators acting like children with complete joy as they meet the megalomaniac who refuses peace with Russia.

Have they ever treated President Trump with such excitement? No, of course not.

Hey Elon: We Found a Place to Cut More Than $2 Trillion in Wasteful Spending

Elon Musk’s so-called Department of Government Efficiency began its cost-cutting efforts by dismantling the U.S. Agency for International Development, which spends about $22 billion per year, about 0.3 percent of overall federal spending. DOGE has since targeted agencies focused on children’s education, protecting the natural world, and food safety.

But after more than a month running roughshod through government, DOGE has made strikingly few cuts at the Pentagon, whose bloated budget tips the scales at around $850 billion — accounting for about 13 percent of federal spending.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth encouraged DOGE to hack away at his department on X last week. “We welcome DOGE and finding those efficiencies is how we save taxpayer dollars.” But experts question just how open the Pentagon really is to DOGE, and whether Musk’s merry band of bean-counters has the mettle to do battle with the Department of Defense and its backers.

On DOGE’s “Agency Efficiency Leaderboard,” which shows some of the largest “savings” it has claimed to achieve, the Defense Department is currently wallowing in 16th place out of a total of 22 spots. It’s an especially dismal showing since Defense is the largest government agency, with a budget rocketing toward $1 trillion per year, and has failed seven straight annual audits. The U.S. military budget is the largest in the world — more than triple that of China, 8.5 times higher than Russia, and exceeds the next nine countries combined. Military expenditures are the largest component of discretionary spending in the U.S. budget and are projected to rise over the next decade.

If agencies devoted to saving lives — such as the Department of Health and Human Services or USAID — are on the chopping block, a department that has spent some $8 trillion on foreign wars since 9/11 deserves a close look by DOGE. Potential cuts aren’t hard to find: The Intercept easily sketched a road map amounting to more than $75 billion in annual savings for Musk and DOGE — and as much as $2 trillion over the next decade.

Trump, Vance School Zelensky on Reality of His War

Volodymyr Zelensky has become accustomed to being feted in Western cities as the second-coming of Churchill, appearing before awards ceremonies, film festivals, the New York Stock Exchange and various national parliaments, (though the Academy Awards twice turned him down.)

All that came crashing down on him Friday in the 102-foot circumference, 816 sq. foot office at the epicenter of still the most powerful nation on earth, as he was met by a buzzsaw of resistance from the president and vice president of the United States. Zelensky was dressed down, even about his dress, being told he was ungrateful, disrespectful, had lost to Russia and was risking “World War III.”

It’s still hard to register that a factual alternative to the West’s propaganda story on Ukraine has largely been accepted by President Donald Trump and Vice President J.D. Vance in a dramatic reversal from the office’s last occupant.

While there are members of Trump’s national security team, such as Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor Michael Waltz, who previously swallowed whole the fantasy of Russia’s “unprovoked” invasion of an “innocent” Ukraine, there were two officials who during Trump’s campaign likely filled him in on the facts.

EU/NATO Keeps Poking the Bear, Still Wants Troops in Ukraine

UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer is looking to pitch the plan to Donald Trump, masking it under the “readiness to deploy British troops as a security guarantee for a free, sovereign and democratic Ukraine”. However, as Moscow is perfectly clear that it won’t tolerate any NATO occupation forces, this proposal makes no sense – unless Starmer is trying everything in his power to sabotage an actual peace deal, just like Boris Johnson did back in 2022.

As the strategic irrelevance of the dying European Union becomes more evident with every passing day, the troubled bloc is desperate to remain relevant, posing as a “great power”. This is rather amusing to Russia, China and now even the United States under Donald Trump. All three superpowers realize that Europe’s place in the geopolitical constellation of global powers is that of a highly dysfunctional second-rate player with little actual leverage over anything (including its own fate).

Several countries in Eastern Europe (particularly Hungary and Slovakia) are refusing to bow down to the diktat of the bureaucratic dictatorship in Brussels, choosing to align themselves with the new Trump administration. Thus, it’s pretty clear that the EU cannot even control its Eastern European members which were never meant to be more than second or even third-class (neo)colonies.

The only regional power outside of the troubled bloc that supports it is the endemically (and pathologically) Russophobic United Kingdom. Namely, London is terrified of seeing Moscow reclaim strong positions in Europe, so it wants to make sure that the NATO-orchestrated Ukrainian conflict continues for as long as possible. It did something similar in former Yugoslavia, Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere around the world, including in Ukraine itself even before 2014.

The former colonial superpower has always been adamant that wars between tellurocracies are a must if thalassocraies are to survive, which is why it invested so much of its power projection into pushing countries like Germany against Russia, including during both world wars. The concept remains unchanged to this day, which explains the UK’s obsession with Russia.
