California Allows Illegals to Not Only Vote but Also Oversee Elections

In small local elections, illegal aliens are already allowed to vote. In larger, statewide elections such as the gubernatorial race, citizenship is verified through an affidavit system—essentially an honor system. Now, California Governor Newsom has signed a bill into law that will allow illegal aliens to oversee elections. The Democratic counterargument is: “No, that’s a myth. This legislation makes elections more secure.”

In July 2018, San Francisco began allowing noncitizens, including those without legal status, to register and vote in local school board elections. The measure, approved by voters in a 2016 referendum, permits only parents, legal guardians, or caregivers of children under 19 to vote in school board races. The program, set to expire after 2022 unless renewed, was justified by supporters who noted that about one-third of children in San Francisco’s public schools have foreign-born parents.

Opponents, including Republican officials, argued that voting should remain an exclusive right of citizens. Newly eligible voters must use a separate registration form warning that their information may be shared with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and advising them to consult an immigration attorney before registering, a requirement that may deter participation. The issue also surfaced in the California governor’s race, drawing national attention and criticism from politicians who said it undermined the principle that only citizens should vote.

Similar initiatives exist in other U.S. municipalities. Takoma Park, Maryland, has allowed noncitizen voting for over two decades, and several neighboring communities have adopted comparable policies. Advocates say these measures give immigrant families a voice in education decisions; however, in the U.S., the right to vote is restricted to citizens, not green card holders and not illegal aliens.

In California, San Francisco remains the only city where noncitizens can currently vote in limited local elections. Proposition N, passed in 2016 with 54 percent support, allows noncitizen parents or caregivers with children in the San Francisco Unified School District to vote in school board elections only. Oakland voters approved a similar measure in 2022 with 67 percent support, but as of late 2024, it had not yet been implemented. Santa Ana voters, however, rejected Measure DD in November 2024, which would have permitted noncitizens to vote in all municipal elections.

Important clarifications: San Francisco’s law applies only to school board elections, and noncitizen voters must complete a separate registration process. Their information is maintained in an entirely separate voter file, there is no mixing with state or federal voter rolls.

For presidential and gubernatorial elections in California, state law limits voting to U.S. citizens, but the system operates entirely on the honor system. Under California Elections Code Section 2111, a person proves citizenship by signing an affidavit of registration under penalty of perjury. In practice, this means voters simply check a box and sign. There is no verification of actual citizenship status.

A Santa Barbara County grand jury investigation confirmed that neither the state nor the counties require proof of citizenship to register. “We uncovered that there’s no requirement to provide proof of citizenship. You just sign off that line in the ballot that informs you of the potentials of felony perjury if you’re not eligible to register to vote,” said grand jury foreman Andrew Brown.

California ID numbers are matched with DMV records, and Social Security Numbers are checked against Social Security Administration records. However, citizenship itself is not verified. The system only confirms that the ID or SSN exists and matches the name and birthdate. It does not determine whether the registrant is actually a U.S. citizen.

California’s voter registration system functions entirely on self-declaration, an “honor system.” Registrants attest under penalty of perjury that they are citizens, but this statement is never cross-checked against any citizenship database. The only verification performed is that their identifying information exists in government systems. These rules apply to all elections in the state, including federal, state, and local races.

Section 2111 defines an affidavit of registration as proof of citizenship for voting purposes, allowing a signed declaration to serve as legal verification. County officials admit that while perjury is a felony, the process effectively depends on the honor system.

Legislative efforts such as AB 25 seek to repeal Section 2111 and require documented proof of citizenship to register. Liberal lawmakers have labeled the bill “Hitler” and “fascist” and, as expected, are dramatically opposed to passing it.

Chinese Communist Party Making Millions in UK Gov’t Contracts for Migrant Hotels: Report

A report from the Inter-Parliamentary Alliance on China (IPAC) has found that the Chinese Communist Party is directly profiting from Britain’s migrant hotel scheme to house supposed asylum seekers, many of whom break into the country illegally via the English Channel from the beaches of France.

According to the IPAC audit of the Sino-British economic relationship, the CCP, or entities and people under its control, currently hold £190 billion in UK assets, including schools, national infrastructure such as Heathrow airport, wind farms, power networks, billions of shares in FTSE-listed companies, and properties, including migrant hotels.

Among the Chinese-owned assets listed in the report include three migrant hotels in Britain that have collectively been awarded millions in Home Office contracts, The Sunday Times reported.

One of the firms, Kew Green Hotels, a £300 million business which owns and operates over 60 hotels, is entirely owned by the Communist Party through Beijing’s China Tourism Group Corporation.

It currently owns Holiday Inns in Kent and Cheshire, both of which faced anti-migrant hotel protests in August following nationwide outrage over the government scheme and concern for the safety of communities following the sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl by an Ethiopian hotel migrant in Epping.

The report estimated that the two migrant hotels, both of which are block booked by the state to house alleged asylum seekers, have earned the Chinese firm around £15 million through Home Office contracts.

Another Chinese cutout, Campanile, an asset of the Shanghai city government, also owns a hotel in Cardiff, which has been housing supposed asylum seekers for the British government since 2022.

Trump Citizenship Audit to Cut Section 8 Housing and Other Benefits to Illegals

While the government remains shut down because Democrats demand free healthcare for illegal immigrants, President Trump has ordered a sweeping audit of federal programs to ensure that other taxpayer-funded benefits are not being distributed to illegal aliens.

The order encompasses at least 28 major programs across multiple federal agencies. Housing audits include the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program and public housing.

The Department of Health and Human Services is reviewing 13 programs, including Head Start, Community Health Centers, Medicaid, and the Title X Family Planning Program, as well as a range of behavioral health and substance abuse grants.

Nutrition and welfare initiatives such as SNAP (food stamps) and TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) are also included in the audit.

In addition, the Department of Labor has been directed to verify immigration status within workforce programs such as WIOA, senior and youth job training, and migrant and seasonal worker initiatives.

The Department of Education will apply enhanced verification to Pell Grants, student loans, and career and technical education programs.

Together, these reviews represent one of the most comprehensive federal efforts to ensure that public benefits are reserved for American citizens and legal residents.

HUD Secretary Scott Turner has ordered a nationwide audit of public housing authorities, requiring them to verify the citizenship or legal immigration status of all Section 8 recipients within 30 days of receiving HUD’s notice.

The directive, issued on August 31, 2025, stems from President Trump’s February 19, 2025, Executive Order 14218, “Ending Taxpayer Subsidization of Open Borders.”

Under the order, authorities must provide proof of citizenship or eligible immigration status, along with recipients’ names, addresses, and unit information. Failure to comply could trigger a review of HUD funding or program eligibility.

Federal law has barred illegal aliens from receiving Section 8 assistance since 1980, but Turner said the audit aims to ensure proper enforcement and prevent applicants from leaving citizenship fields blank.

He also signaled that new rules may address “mixed-status” households containing both citizens and illegal aliens. A similar effort was made during the first Trump administration in 2019 but was later reversed by the Biden administration in 2021.

Western Union Reports Fewer U.S. Dollars Being Sent Home by Migrants

In another example of the Trump effect, money transfer giant Western Union is reporting that its revenue from cash transfers to locations outside the U.S. has seen a 12 percent decline this year.

Migrants living in the U.S. both legally and illegally have traditionally been the greatest source of U.S. dollars flowing out of America and into foreign nations, even dwarfing the amount of foreign aid lavished on the world by the U.S. government. But with Donald Trump’s focus on immigration, Western Union is seeing far fewer customers needing their services.

Last week, Western Union CEO Devin McGranahan told investors that the company had seen a huge decline in cash transfers to Mexico, El Salvador, Peru, and Ecuador, according to CPR News.

Government Shutdown: SNAP Is Running Out of Money, Democrats Angry Illegal Aliens No Longer Qualify

The horror stories are all over the media and social platforms, and people are panicking that those receiving taxpayer-funded groceries may soon have to work and pay for their food like everyone else. Not only is President Trump not rushing to restart food stamps, but he is also auditing the program to ensure illegal aliens are no longer receiving them.

SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program), formerly known as food stamps, is the federal government’s largest anti-hunger program, providing monthly food benefits to roughly 42 million low-income Americans through electronic benefit transfer (EBT) cards. As of October 1, 2025, recipients receive maximum monthly SNAP allotments of $298 for one person, $546 for two people, $785 for three people, $994 for four people, $1,183 for five people, $1,421 for six people, $1,571 for seven people, and $1,789 for eight people, with an additional $218 for each additional person.

Now, SNAP is on the verge of running out of funding. Nearly 42 million recipients could lose their benefits as the federal shutdown continues. Funding for October was distributed to states before the shutdown began on October 1, but unless Congress restores appropriations, benefits will stop being issued on November 1.

In a letter dated October 10, 2025, USDA Acting Head of SNAP Ronald Ward warned, “If the current lapse in appropriations continues, there will be insufficient funds to pay full November SNAP benefits for approximately 42 million individuals across the nation.” Several states, including Texas, have already announced that SNAP benefits will be suspended if the shutdown extends past October 27.

The shutdown itself stems from Democrat refusal to fund the government unless President Trump reverses new eligibility restrictions that bar illegal aliens from federal assistance programs. Trump, meanwhile, is using the shutdown to audit and tighten oversight of every major welfare and benefit program, insisting that taxpayer funds must go only to citizens and lawful residents.

On April 24, 2025, USDA Acting Deputy Under Secretary John Walk issued guidance directing all state agencies to enhance identity and immigration verification practices when determining SNAP eligibility. States are now required to obtain more reliable documents to verify identity, prevent fraudulent use of Social Security numbers, and make greater use of the Department of Homeland Security’s Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements (SAVE) database. USDA Secretary Rollins cited a Government Accountability Office report showing $10.5 billion in improper SNAP payments in fiscal year 2023, roughly 12 percent of total benefits that year, with inadequate verification of applicants’ identity and citizenship identified as a key problem.

In July 2025, the USDA expanded its data collection requirements, ordering states to provide five years of SNAP records, including all household members’ names, dates of birth, Social Security numbers, and addresses. At least 27 states have complied, turning over data that USDA is now cross-checking against DHS records through the SAVE system.

While illegal aliens are already ineligible for SNAP, many had accessed benefits through their U.S.-born children or mixed-status households, an issue the new audit aims to close.

Leftist Labour Gov’t ‘Unbelievably Irresponsible’ For Releasing Child Molesting Migrant, Says Victim’s Father

The family of the 14-year-old sexual assault victim of illegal migrant Hadush Kebatu have accused the leftist Labour Party government, the British police, the UK justice system, and Chelmsford prison of failing their family and the nation by releasing the child molester back onto the streets.

The release and subsequent manhunt for the Ethiopian national descended into farcical levels of ineptitude over the weekend, with the convicted child predator reportedly having been turned away after attempting to return to prison. He then appeared in CCTV footage in a grey prison tracksuit and carrying a bag emblazoned with avocados in multiple locations across London before police finally detained him on Sunday, the whole affair having taken on a bumbling air of the absurd and widely compared to British comedy character ‘Mr Bean’ by social media users.

Yet the failures of the state to keep a migrant sex offenders secured just a month into his 12-month prison sentence pending deportation was no laughing matter for his 14-year-old victim, who was petrified after her abuser was mistakenly released.

Speaking on Sunday evening, the victim’s father said in a statement read by Epping Forrest council member Shane Yerrell that the child was finally beginning to regain some of her confidence after being sexually assaulted by Kebatu in July outside of a migrant hotel. However, he said that his apparently accidental release just five weeks after being sentenced caused her “so much stress and anxiety”.

“She feared seeing him again in the high road and him recognising her. I’m really worried for my daughter’s mental health and well-being because of this assault,” the father explained.

“This man is a real danger to young women and children and for him to be wrongly released and walking the streets freely just four months after carrying out two sexual assaults, only five weeks after being sentenced, all because of a system failure on Friday is unbelievably irresponsible,” he said.

The father added that he and his family “feel massively let down and infuriated by HMP Chelmsford, the police, the justice system and our Labour government. They have all failed. Not just us as a family, but they have failed everyone in the country.”

Biden-Era Border Policies Blamed by DHS for Alleged Murder of Texas Woman at Hands of 3 Illegal Aliens

Three illegal aliens from Mexico have been arrested in connection with the shooting death of 43-year-old Mary Gonzales, whose body was found in a North Austin field on October 6. Texas authorities apprehended one suspect, while U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested two others. The arrests prompted sharp criticism from Homeland Security officials who linked the crime to Biden-era border policies.

According to authorities, nearby surveillance video showed a blue vehicle with no headlights on driving on October 5 in the vicinity of where Gonzales’ body was discovered. The vehicle was positioned at one time in the video where the body would later be found.

Within an hour, authorities stopped a vehicle matching the description approximately one mile away, which was reported as a 2007 Toyota Camry. The driver of the vehicle was identified as Enrique Gomez-Urbina, an illegal alien from Mexico. Police found a Glock .40-caliber handgun inside. Gomez-Urbina fled the scene but was apprehended by the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force officers later the same day after a First-Degree Murder warrant was issued for his arrest. ICE officials determined that Gomez-Urbina is illegally present in the United States and lodged an immigration detainer for his removal proceedings once his criminal case is concluded.

On October 8, ICE arrested two additional illegal aliens in connection with the murder of the 43-year-old Austin woman. Officials identified the two as Jesus Llamas-Yanez and Javier Roman Hernandez — both criminal aliens from Mexico.

According to ICE, Llamas-Yanez’s record includes previous arrests for assault and driving under the influence. Llamas-Yanez illegally entered the United States at or near an unknown location, on or about an unknown date.

Roman Hernandez entered the United States on foot at the Hidalgo, Texas, Point of Entry during the Biden Administration on July 23, 2023, using the CBP One Smart Phone Application, which enabled more than 1,400 migrants to enter the United States each day with little to no vetting. The application, initiated under the Biden administration, was canceled shortly after President Donald Trump’s inauguration.

Department of Homeland Security Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin commented on the latest two arrests in connection to the murder, saying, “These alleged cold-blooded murderers should have never been in our country in the first place, and Mary Gonzales should still be alive.”

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson Asks Reporter If the Word Illegal Alien Is ‘Sci-Fi’ Term

Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson melted down after a reporter asked a question that used the term “illegal alien.”

Johnson said:  “We don’t have illegals. Aliens — I don’t know if that’s from some sort of sci-fi message you wish you’d had. The legal term for my people was slaves — you want me to use that term too? Let’s get the language right.  We’re talking about undocumented individuals who are human beings. The last thing I’m going to do is accept racist, nasty language to describe them.”

Chicago is a sanctuary city, meaning that it won’t partner with immigration officers who deport illegal aliens unless those people are wanted on a criminal warrant by local or federal authorities, if they have been convicted of a serious crime and remain in the United States illegally, or if they are a clear threat to public safety or national security.

Anonymous donor gives President Donald Trump $130 million dollars to help pay the military affected by the government shutdown orchestrated by the Democrats

President Donald Trump announced that an anonymous billionaire, described by him as a «great friend» and a true patriot, has delivered a check for $130 million directly to the federal government.

This fund is intended to cover any deficit in the salaries of active military personnel, affected by the prolonged government shutdown orchestrated by Democrats in Congress. «He sent us a $130 million check today!» Trump exclaimed, emphasizing that the donor rejects any public recognition.

The announcement took place during an event at the White House, where Trump did not hold back his criticism of the «Democrat-led government shutdown,» which he blamed for jeopardizing U.S. armed forces.»

«He called us the other day and said: ‘I’d like to contribute to any shortfall you have due to the Democrat shutdown. I’d like to contribute personally to any shortfall the military might have, because I love the military and I love the country, and any shortfall, if there is one, I’ll contribute,’» Trump recounted.

This patriotic gesture arrives at a critical moment: the budget deadlock threatens to delay payments to hundreds of thousands of soldiers, reservists, and families, despite a prior executive order from Trump that redirected unused research funds to mitigate the damage.

This donation is not only a financial lifeline but also a reminder of how the private sector—driven by patriotic values—can correct the disasters caused by leftist obstruction.

Illegal Alien POLICE OFFICER Cost Illinois Taxpayers More Than $205,000

In Governor J.B. Pritzker’s Illinois, taxpayers are funding one of the most shocking sanctuary state scandals to date: an illegal alien working as a sworn police officer

His salary, benefits, and pension package together cost the public more than $205,000 this year alone.

Radule Bojovic, an illegal alien from Montenegro, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) during Operation Midway Blitz on October 15.

ICE officials confirmed Bojovic had been unlawfully living in the United States for over a decade after overstaying his B-2 visitor visa, which expired on March 31, 2015.

Despite his unlawful presence and felony ineligibility to possess a firearm, Bojovic was sworn in as an officer with the Hanover Park Police Department, a suburb of Chicago.

According to police department and pension board records, Bojovic was granted a starting salary of $78,955.70 and was approved by the Hanover Park Pension Fund Board of Trustees in January 2025.

But his overall taxpayer burden reached far higher.

In 2025 alone, Bojovic’s employment cost Illinois residents $205,707, including salary, benefits, and $9,276 in FICA and Medicare taxes.

The revelation that an illegal alien was given a badge, gun, and pension eligibility has sparked outrage across Illinois and beyond.

Federal law is explicit: illegal aliens are prohibited from owning or possessing firearms under any circumstance.

Yet under sanctuary policies supported by Pritzker, Bojovic not only carried a firearm but enforced laws while in violation of them.
