Democrat-Controlled States Refuse To Clean Voter Rolls And Fix Election Problems

President Joe Biden has vowed to veto the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act, which simply requires proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. His promise was made in reaction to congressional Republicans who want to include it with any continuing resolution required to fund the next fiscal year, which begins on Oct. 1. The president’s adamant opposition to what most Americans support demonstrates just how much Democrats are dedicated to making it easier to cheat in elections.

On Dec. 16, 2020, as chairman of the Senate Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs, I held a hearing titled, “Examining the Irregularities in the 2020 election.” In spite of the wailing and gnashing of teeth from the election irregularity deniers, there were many indisputable irregularities.

In Wisconsin, 170,000 faulty absentee ballots in Milwaukee and Dane County were improperly counted by election clerks. Representatives of the far-left “Zuckerbucks” program — which is designed to pour left-wing dollars into local election offices, benefiting their Democrat candidates — imposed such heavy-handed direction in Green Bay that the local election clerk resigned from the stress and allowed Zuckerberg’s minions to run the election. “Democracy in the Park” was allowed in Madison, where activists unlawfully collected 17,300 ballots. Seniors in nursing homes voted without the required voting deputies present, bordering on elder abuse for political gain. As was the case in other states, election observers were not allowed to effectively observe the election process.

More recently, as one of many examples of states cleaning voter rolls, Virginia cancelled 6,303 noncitizens’ voter registrations.

Unfortunately, the election irregularity deniers have been so effective — aided and abetted by the corporate media — that these abuses have not only been ignored, but those who wish to cheat in the 2024 election have been able to devise new election fraud schemes. Absent media scrutiny, Republicans are undertaking efforts to stop them.

OUTRAGEOUS! Pennsylvania Court Forces Counties to Validate Ballots Despite Missing or Incorrect Dates on Their Outer Return Envelopes

The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court has issued a 4-1 ruling that blocks the enforcement of a crucial law requiring election officials to reject mail-in ballots with missing or incorrect handwritten dates on their outer return envelopes.

The case, brought forward by a coalition of organizations including the Black Political Empowerment Project, the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, and Common Cause Pennsylvania, challenged the legality of rejecting mail-in ballots solely based on the absence or inaccuracy of the handwritten date on the return envelope.

Judge Ellen Ceisler, writing for the court, said that the right to vote is a fundamental constitutional guarantee, and any restrictions placed upon this right must withstand strict scrutiny.

“The date on the outer mail-in ballot envelopes is not used to determine the timeliness of a ballot, a voter’s qualifications/eligibility to vote, or fraud. Therefore, the dating provisions serve no compelling government interest,” the court stated in its opinion.

“The refusal to count undated or incorrectly dated but timely mail ballots submitted by otherwise eligible voters because of meaningless and inconsequential paperwork errors violates the fundamental right to vote recognized in the free and equal elections clause.”

The ruling effectively nullifies the practice of disqualifying ballots due to these dating errors.

Pentagon approves additional support to Secret Service for election campaigns

U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin has approved a request to provide the Secret Service with additional military support capabilities for presidential and vice presidential candidates for the upcoming election, the Pentagon and the Secret Service said separately on Thursday.

Pentagon spokesperson Sabrina Singh did not provide details on the type of support that would be provided but said Austin had directed U.S. Northern Command to plan and provide support to the Secret Service at various locations during the election.

A Secret Service spokesperson said later the Secret Service has strengthened its protective operations following the July 13 Pennsylvania rally of Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump in which the former president was shot and survived an assassination attempt.

“As part of this effort, the Department of Defense is providing the U.S. Secret Service with additional assistance including logistics, transportation, and communications, through the 2024 campaign season,” the Secret Service spokesperson said.

‘This Is Fraud’: Ohio Investigators Looking Into Suspect Voter Registrations Tied To Left-Wing Firm

Earlier this year, Cincinnati-area voters Cassandra and Harry Scott were puzzled to receive voter registration updates showing they had changed their address. They hadn’t.

The Hamilton County Board of Elections had received two registration forms for the voters from Black Fork Strategies LLC, an Ohio-based “engagement firm that focuses on all aspects of community and electoral field work.” Elections Board staff made the requested changes in the voter rolls and, per Ohio law, sent notice to the voters at their “new address.” That’s when Cassandra and Harry Scott showed up at the BOE office.

“Both of those voters appeared at our office during normal business hours after receiving those acknowledgement cards. The new address that was submitted on these registration cards was actually the place of business for Ms. Cassandra,” Elections Board Director Sherry Poland told Hamilton BOE members at a meeting last month. “She had not moved and did not complete the registration form.”

‘Trying to Defraud the Elections’

The false form was one of many suspect voter registration issues tied to the left-wing Black Fork Strategies. Election Board staff reached out to the company, which “provided information” on the canvasser responsible for the Scotts’ voter registration forms, Poland said.

“We also received a registration form in the name of Henry Kissinger,” the elections official said at the public meeting. The statement was greeted by a smatter of laugher from some in attendance, likely at the thought of the late and renowned U.S. secretary of state registering to vote in Hamilton County. Staff compared the Kissinger listed on the form to voter registration and Bureau of Motor Vehicle databases. It was a mismatch every time, Poland said. Staff had more questions for Black Fork.

Then Poland held up a thick stack of voter registrations. They all appeared to be in the same handwriting, and were submitted by the same canvasser. Poland did not return a request for comment from The Federalist, but she told her board at the July meeting that BOE staff met with Black Fork’s regional manager for Hamilton County to “show her what we were seeing and what was being submitted by her organization.”

“We’re now bringing this to the board to see what next steps the board would like to take, and it would appear these need further investigation,” Poland said. The board agreed.

“The first thing I want to point out is, you know, we use words like ‘anomalies,’ ‘suspicion,’ and everything else because we try to be PC, I guess. But this is fraud, outright fraudulent behavior,” said Hamilton County Board of Elections member Alex Triantafilou, who also serves as chairman of the Ohio Republican Party. “Who’s responsible or how they’re responsible, that will be up to somebody other than me. It’s plain and obvious to me when you get this many registration cards [holds up the stack] with the very same handwriting that someone is trying to defraud the elections process in Hamilton County.”

Not just Hamilton County. Election integrity issues involving employees of a leftist company committed to “Building Long-Term Progressive Power,” have been popping up all over Ohio.

California Senate Passes Law Banning Voter I.D. in Local Elections, Paving Way For Illegals Voting

California lawmakers has passed a law banning voter idenficitation in local elections as Democrats seek to shore up their supermajority in the state.

Legislation SB1174 was passed after the City of Huntington Beach, which remains one of the few areas of Los Angeles that leans Republican, approved a voter ID requirement for municipal elections from 2026.

Sadly for the people of Huntington Beach, this legislation will override their sensible policy.

According to the bill’s author bill, State Sen. Dave Min, an “overwhelming body of evidence proves that voter ID laws only subvert voter turnout and create barriers to law abiding voters.”

“To register to vote in California, voters are already required to provide their driver’s license number, California identification number, or the last four digits of their social security number,” he continued.

You Can’t Make This Up: DNC Sues Georgia Election Board for Ensuring Every Vote Reflects the True Will of the People

In a country where common sense should reign supreme, one would expect a unified front in favor of protecting the sanctity of our elections. Yet, the Democrats continue to stand against measures designed to ensure that our electoral process is both fair and secure.

The latest instance of this troubling trend comes from Georgia, where the state’s Election Board has taken a bold step toward safeguarding election integrity—only to be met with fierce opposition from the Democratic National Committee (DNC) and the Democratic Party of Georgia.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that the Georgia Election Board voted 3-2 in favor of a new rule that mandates election workers to compare the total number of ballots cast with the total number of unique voter ID numbers in the system.

This crucial regulation aims to ensure that every vote cast is legitimate, allowing for thorough investigations into any discrepancies before election results can be certified.

Under this new rule, if any precinct shows that the number of ballots exceeds the number of unique voter IDs, counties must withhold certification of those election results until a complete investigation into potential fraud is conducted.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott Removes Over One Million Ineligible Voters, Including Nearly 500,000 Dead People and Thousands of Non-Citizen from State’s Voter Rolls

Governor Greg Abbott announced today that the state has successfully removed over one million ineligible voters from its voter rolls since the enactment of Senate Bill 1 in 2021.

This decisive action includes nearly 500,000 deceased individuals and thousands of noncitizens.

“Election integrity is essential to our democracy,” said Governor Abbott.

“I have signed the strongest election laws in the nation to protect the right to vote and to crackdown on illegal voting. These reforms have led to the removal of over one million ineligible people from our voter rolls in the last three years, including noncitizens, deceased voters, and people who moved to another state.

“The Secretary of State and county voter registrars have an ongoing legal requirement to review the voter rolls, remove ineligible voters, and refer any potential illegal voting to the Attorney General’s Office and local authorities for investigation and prosecution. Illegal voting in Texas will never be tolerated. We will continue to actively safeguard Texans’ sacred right to vote while also aggressively protecting our elections from illegal voting.”

“Bi-Partisan” NGO Group with Ties to Soros and Southern Poverty Law Center Threatens GOP Senators from Highlighting the Epidemic of Dirty Voter Rolls and Bogus Registrations Numbering in the Hundreds of Thousands

On Sunday morning, the Fractal team received a call from a U.S. senator noting the Keep Our Republic organization was threatening that if senators did not back down from claiming voter rolls were “dirty” these senators would have this “good government” group fight their re-election.

Keep Our Republic claims to be “a non-partisan civic education organization with a unique focus on the unconventional threats facing our election system, and on ways to help strengthen trust in our electoral system.”  However, the organizational leadership team is a who’s who of prominent Democrats and outspoken RINOs.

We are all about good government and even more about helping groups like Keep Our Republic “strengthen trust in the election system.”  Their words.

Why the focus on not challenging the legitimacy of voter rolls?

Why would a “good government” group, with funding in every swing state – be pressuring senators to not challenge voter rolls?

As the Fractal team demonstrated – 2024 is going to be stolen by ballot mills, funded by NGOs, who have over 500,000 ballots ready to go – today – in each swing state – to swamp the clueless Republicans.

Being quantum computer guys, we can show anomalies in voter roll data invisible for decades – because everyone else – including Secretaries of State – use obsolete relational technology.

The national voter integrity orgs missed millions of ineligible addresses – housing non-existent identities – only there to collect ballots – for 20 years.

Our videos on Rumble and Omega4America.com show these ballot mills – operating via NGOs, in every swing state.

Later this week, we are publishing the findings for Colorado – where a hardy band of citizens is funding the work to reconcile their voter rolls – to show how filthy they are.

This is the first time in Colorado’s history its voter rolls were reconciled against other official government data – and the results are stunning!

Hundreds of Noncitizens Registered to Vote or Voted Illegally in Ohio

Nearly 600 noncitizens have been referred for prosecution by Ohio’s election chief after they registered to vote or cast a vote illegally.

Of the 597 who have been referred, 138 were found to have cast ballots and 459 had registered but not yet voted.

The individuals were identified as part of a routine review and referred to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost.

In 2022, 148 noncitizen cases were referred, with 117 in 2021 and 354 in 2019.

Earlier this year, Secretary of State Frank LaRose launched a large-scale audit of the state’s voter registration database, which resulted in the removal of nearly 155,000 registrations that were found to have been abandoned and inactive for at least four consecutive years.

These verification efforts are the most comprehensive in the state’s history. They include cross-checks against records of the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles, the Department of Homeland Security’s federal database of noncitizens, and the Social Security Administration, and federal jury pool data and other resources.

LaRose recently appeared on the War Room with Benjamin Harnwell to discuss his efforts to eliminate voter fraud in Ohio in detail.

La Rose told Harnwell that “the process is much harder than it needs to be because of a lack of cooperation from the federal government. We’re using every resource we have, but it’s still not a full process that it could be.”

North Carolina Threatened To Prosecute Her for Taking a ‘Ballot Selfie.’ Now, She’s Suing.

There’s a pretty good chance you’ve taken a “ballot selfie”—a picture of or with your completed ballot. Around one in 10 Americans say they have, and pictures of filled-in ballots are common on social media during election season. However, taking a picture of your ballot is a crime in 14 states, leading to possible fines and jail time.

A North Carolina woman is challenging her state’s ban on ballot selfies, arguing that she has a First Amendment right to take a picture of her own ballot—and to post it online.

“Ballot selfie bans turn innocent Americans into criminals for nothing more than showing their excitement about how they voted, or even just showing that they voted,” said Jeff Zeman, an attorney for the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE), the First Amendment group that filed the suit. “That’s core political speech protected by the First Amendment.”

According to the lawsuit, North Carolina resident Susan Hogarth took a photo this March with her completed primary ballot. She posted the photo to X, with the caption: “Laws against #ballotselfie are bullshit.”

Just a week after the primary election, Hogarth received a letter from the North Carolina State Board of Elections threatening prosecution for her post, demanding that she take down the post or face legal action. As of the filing of the suit, Hogarth’s post had received less than 3,000 views—hardly a viral post. Hogarth has refused to take down the post and says that she will continue to take ballot selfies.

“Between March 2016 and March 2024, the State Board investigated at least 50 reports of voters photographing completed ballots from primary and general elections,” reads FIRE’s suit. “During election cycles from November 2018 through March 2024, officials from at least eight different North Carolina county boards sent reports of voters photographing completed ballots to the State Board.”

The lawsuit argues that these investigations—and the multiple North Carolina laws justifying them—obviously violate the First Amendment.
