Utah Rancher Enlists Paranormal Investigators in Cattle Mutilation Case

A Utah rancher who lost one of his bulls to a cattle mutilation earlier this summer enlisted paranormal researchers and other experts to look at the curious case, and their collective findings were rather remarkable. Paul Martinez discovered the downed animal on his property back in July, and the incident made headlines in late August. Speaking to a local media outlet last week, the rancher revealed several intriguing details about the case that came to light throughout the summer when he allowed an array of intrigued individuals to examine the animal and the scene of the strange slaying.

The first such weird insight came to light around 10 weeks after the incident, when livestock investigator Rob Wilcox used a metal detector on the downed bull, which remained where it had been killed. Strangely, he noted, something about the creature’s carcass or the land around it activated the device. Even stranger was that, following his visit to the site, the metal detector stopped functioning. Meanwhile, paranormal investigator Ryan Burns, who was also brought on to study the situation, recounted how the land around the downed bull was particularly peculiar in that it was “like walking on memory foam,” which only held tracks for “about an hour” before they “just disappeared.”

Another interested party invited to visit the ranch was Dustin Eskelsen, who serves as the director of the Mutual UFO Network’s Utah branch. He extracted soil samples from the location of the mutilation as well as 25 feet away and sent them off to a lab for testing. While the results were fairly routine, a significant difference in sulfur levels stood out as being unusual to Eskelsen. Similar tests done by Utah’s Department of Agriculture found contrasting calcium and iron levels between the target area and a control area.

Martinez’s rigorous attempt at figuring out what happened to his bull extended even further as he also turned to Johnny Alberto Gamiochippi, of the Northern Ute Tribe, who posited that something could have disturbed ancient spirits at the site. To that end, the pair pointed to a bizarre incident that occurred a few weeks before the cattle mutilation in which an intoxicated man escaped from police custody and wound up on Martinez’s ranch, where he stole his ATV and led police on a wild chase. “He might have been possessed by some demons,” Gamiochippi mused, suggesting that the sinister spirits then somehow turned their attention to the unfortunate bull.

According to a local media report, the downed animal was found on Monday morning in the community of Santillan. Nelson Billordo recalled how he was alerted to the strange situation by a farmhand who stumbled upon the dead cow and marveled to him that it appeared as if something had tried “to rip its face off.” When the rancher went out to investigate, he was shaken and mystified by what he saw.

In a manner eerily reminiscent of the cattle mutilation phenomenon, the animal had its tongue and eyes removed with surgical precision. Montana authorities are investigating a curious cattle mutilation undoubtedly committed by a sinister miscreant yet eerily similar to the classic phenomenon that has mystified investigators for decades. The confounding case reportedly came to light last week via a bulletin from the Chouteau County Sheriff’s Office. The unfortunate cow in question was said to have been slain under unusual circumstances at a ranch near the town of Big Sandy. Specifically, in a manner akin to the classic cattle mutilation phenomenon, the animal’s tongue had been inexplicably removed and its jaw skinned.

However, in an odd detail contrasting the myriad of mysteriously mutilated cattle cases that have come before, in this instance, it was clear that the perpetrator was a person as the cow had also been shot with a gun. Alas, the announcement from the sheriff’s office was short on additional details as they explained, “in order not to compromise the investigation, specifics will not be released.” That said, they did not that there have been two, presumably recent, additional cases “similar to this” that occurred outside the county.

While how the cow was killed almost certainly precludes the possibility that aliens were responsible for the incident, who the humans were and why they committed the dastardly deed remains uncertain. Given the similarities to the cattle mutilation modus operandi, which itself is an enigma, one is left to wonder if the strange slaying in Chouteau County had the same inscrutable intentions behind it. Hoping for some answers to the multiple mysteries surrounding the case, the Sheriff’s Office understandably asked for the public to contact them with any tips on the downed cow.

The unnerving killing, which occurred in late November at a ranch in the state’s Grant County, came to light last week when the animal’s owner spoke to a local media outlet about the weird incident. Choosing to remain anonymous, he indicated that the slaying featured several strange elements that appear to defy explanation but will sound all too familiar to students of the cattle mutilation phenomenon.

According to the rancher, the unfortunate bull’s snout, eyes, tongue, and reproductive organs had been seemingly skillfully removed. Mysterious Sheep and Cattle Mutilations on the Rise in Wales – UFOs or the Beast of Bont?

Are mysterious cattle mutilations on the rise in the U.S.? One telltale sign this is the case is when the major mainstream media – in this case, The New York Times – finally picks up on the story, as the Times did in April when it covered “the mysterious deaths in three Texas counties of six cattle that were found with their tongues missing” and gave it the eye-grabbing description of “in what could be a plot from an episode of “The X-Files”.” Those reporting on these strange occurrences outside of the mainstream media already know that farmers in the Pacific northwest and in other cattle-raising areas of the country have seen a rise in these events, but no subsequent rise in resolutions or arrests … assuming the culprits are of planet Earth. That alternative is the path an investigator is following in Wales, where it seems livestock mutilations have spread … and so has the mystery of their possible causes.

“With these cattle they are found the next morning by farmers and it has been only one or two in the herd. They are clean cut with all the inners taken out. No blood is left on the ground and there are no footprints leading up to the cattle. Animals would leave a mess. There are no inners and no blood. This is the theory that many UFOers have – that they may be experimented on from above.”

Helena Worth works for Ceredigion County Council, but in her spare time is a ufologist and amateur scientist – all of those came into play recently when local farmer Jonathan Davies called the police to report that two of his sheep had been found dead and their “entire innards had been removed cleanly” with just an empty and the heads left behind, observing that “It was so tidy – it was like someone had been there with a knife and skinned them.” According to The Mirror, Worth immediately saw the similarities between these sheep killings and the cattle mutilations in the U.S.. She suspected that extraterrestrials had expanded their experimentations to sheep and their territory to Wales – possibly even establishing a “sheep mutilation corridor” similar to the cattle mutilation and UFO corridor often referred to as the “37th north parallel” in the U.S.

Who is behind a string of grisly cow deaths in Texas?

Their tongues were cut off, but there was no spilled blood. No signs of struggle. No footprints or tire tracks were found. Investigators were stumped: who is going on a murderous rampage of cows in Texas, and how are there no clues surrounding their deaths?

It seemed a scene straight out of The Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch, the reality TV show on the History Channel about the Utah ranch that is supposedly the site of unexplained supernatural phenomena.

Across three Texas counties within the span of a few weeks, seven cattle were found dead under the same suspicious circumstances: lying on one side with the mutilated part of their face exposed, minus a tongue.

The cow-killing spree happened Madison, Brazos and Robertson counties – all located in east-central Texas. Each cow was from a different pasture and herd.

“A straight, clean cut, with apparent precision, had been made to remove the hide around the cow’s mouth on one side, leaving the meat under the removed hide untouched,” the Madison county sheriff’s office said.

“On two of the five cows, a circular cut was made removing the anus and the external genitalia. This circular cut was made with the same precision as the cuts noted around the jaw lines of each cow.”

Ranchers reported no predators or birds had scavenged the remains, a common theme in similar killings.

The official cause of most of the cows’ deaths is still unknown, but the freakish events have sparked memories of a long-held conspiracy theory about the mysterious deaths of livestock animals dating back to at least the 1970s in the US that lays the blame at the feet – or tentacles – of aliens in UFOs.

Weird! Texas Sheriff’s Office Issues Notice Regarding Suspicious Cattle Mutilations

The Madison County Texas Sheriff’s Office released a public notice Wednesday informing locals six different cows in “different locations, pastures, and herds” have recently been found mutilated under suspicious circumstances.

In a Facebook post, the sheriff’s office explained ranchers found a dead 6-year-old longhorn-cross cow mutilated with “precision” cuts to the side of its face, “leaving the meat under the removed hide untouched.”

Continuing, the announcement stated, “The tongue was also completely removed from the body with no blood spill. It was noted there were no signs of struggle and the grass around the cow was undisturbed. No footprints or tire tracks were noted in the area.”

Adding to the strangeness of the mutilation is the fact no animals or birds would scavenge the dead cow’s carcass, which then took several weeks to decay.

The police said their investigation led them to find out five other mutilations took place nearby in Brazos County and Robertson County.

In each of the incidents the same exact precise cuts to the faces of the cattle were found and again there was no blood, tracks or signs of struggle in the grass.

In the other mutilations scavengers again refused to eat the carcasses for several weeks.

Two of the cows investigated had their “anus and the external genitalia” cut and removed with the “same precision as the cuts noted around the jaw lines of each cow.”

The Madison County Sheriff’s Office is aware of similar reports being made across America and is working with other agencies to solve the mysterious cattle deaths.

The FBI has been tracking cattle mutilation reports since the 1970s.

Another Pair of Mysterious Cattle Mutilation Cases Reported in Oregon

Ranchers in Oregon are once again being advised to keep a close eye on their cattle following a pair of peculiar incidents this past month wherein bulls were found mysteriously mutilated. The two separate cases are the latest in what has been a series of strange slayings in the state over the last few years. According to a local media report, the most recent downed animal was discovered on August 14th on a ranch in Oregon’s Wheeler County. Believed to have been killed around three days earlier, the Black Angus bull was missing its nose, tongue, reproductive organs, ear, eye, and left cheek as well as part of its tail. Chillingly, those pieces of the poor creature were said to have been removed by way of curiously clean cuts.

Since the bull had been found more than 24 hours after its demise, authorities were unable to perform a necropsy on the animal, which was valued at a whopping $4,500, to potentially glean more information on how it was killed. Ranch owner Tanner Brown, who counted the creature among his 600 cattle, was understandably bewildered by the eerie turn of events, musing that “it’s kind of a strange thing” and acknowledging that he was not alone in having experienced the unsettling phenomenon. To that end, Brown’s downed animal came on the heels of another incident in nearby Harney County in which another bull was killed under similar circumstances in late July.

Mutilated Cow Discovered Following UFO Sighting in Argentina

In a curious case out of Argentina, an unfortunate cow was discovered mutilated under mysterious circumstances the day after a puzzling UFO was witnessed in the same location. According to researcher Jorge Gabriel Roman, the odd incident occurred last month in the rural province of La Pampa when a man working in a field spotted “a dim light moving beneath another brighter object that was suspended in the air.” The two UFOs subsequently “melted into one” and departed from the sky at an incredible speed. The wondrous event took a dark turn the following day when the witness returned to work and made a grim discovery.

Around 1,500 feet from where he had seen the UFO, the worker stumbled upon a cow that had been mutilated in a manner all too familiar to those who have studied the strange phenomenon as it seemed to have been sliced with surgical precision and its soft tissues removed. When the man tried to bring his dog near the downed creature, it refused to go near the dead animal and that would appear to be the case with any other natural scavengers as the carcass remained untouched for days.
