Bosnian National Charged with Attempting to Fraudulently Obtain US Citizenship by Failing to Disclose War Crimes Charges Against Him

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Homeland Security Investigations, Seattle, and the FBI have announced that a National of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Miran Kostic, 66, has been charged with attempting to fraudulently obtain US citizenship by failing to disclose his alleged role in the horrific abuse of prisoners.

Kostic is charged with attempted naturalization fraud and making materially false statements to law enforcement, and faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison for each count of attempted naturalization fraud and 5 years in prison for the false statements charge, if convicted.

According to ICE, in his applications to become a U.S. citizen and in interviews with the FBI and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, he “repeatedly lied about the abuse he ordered or participated in and failed to disclose charges filed against him in Bosnia and Herzegovina for war crimes.”

According to court documents, Kostic was a high-level official in the so-called Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia (APZB). In that role, he pistol-whipped prisoners, beat them with wooden clubs, stakes, and his fists, and kicked them, causing them to lose consciousness. He forced prisoners to beat each other, and he also ordered other members of the APZB to beat prisoners.

In his applications to become a U.S. citizen and in interviews with the FBI and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), “he repeatedly lied about the abuse he participated in and ordered, and failed to disclose charges filed against him in Bosnia and Herzegovina for war crimes, among other lies.”

HSI Seattle acting Special Agent in Charge April Miller noted, “Citizenship is a privilege that must be earned with honesty and integrity.”

“HSI will not allow the naturalization process to be undermined by fraud. We remain steadfast in our commitment to investigate and prosecute those who conceal their criminal backgrounds to illegally obtain status.”

The European Powder Keg: ‘Bosnia Is a Failed State’ 

Bosnia is on the brink of collapse following the sentencing of Milorad Dodik for defying the United Nations High Representative.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, located in the Western Balkans, is bordered by Croatia, Serbia, and Montenegro. It is home to three main ethnic groups: Bosniak Muslims, Catholic Croats, and Orthodox Serbs.

The breakup of Yugoslavia and the war that followed left the country in ruins, with thousands of victims and deep ethnic and religious divisions. 

The war, which began in 1992, ended with the signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, which divided the country into two federal entities: the Republic of Srpska, primarily inhabited by Orthodox Serbs, and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, shared by Bosniak Muslims and Catholic Croats.

The Dayton Peace Agreement, however, failed to provide a long-term solution for Bosnia. As Tamás Orbán of the European Conservative aptly points out, “Bosnia and Herzegovina is not a country; it’s a ceasefire between three nations pretending to be one, and it may soon come to an end.”

A few weeks ago, a court found Republic of Srpska President Milorad Dodik guilty of defying the authority of Bosnia’s UN High Representative, Christian Schmidt. He was sentenced to one year in prison and barred from holding public office for six years.

The court’s ruling has plunged the country into a constitutional and political crisis unlike any seen since the end of the war.

Biden Administration Is Provoking War In Bosnia

Already embroiled in conflicts around the world, the Biden Administration is working to provoke yet another senseless war, this time in Bosnia. By threatening to arrest the duly elected leader of the Serbian people living in Republika Srpska, the globalists running the Biden Administration’s foreign policy in the Balkans are actively seeking to undermine the fragile peace in the region in their misguided efforts to create a multi-ethnic state.

Speaking before the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, one of the two entities that comprise Bosnia in accordance with the Dayton Agreement, said “They are threatening me with arrest and I received information that they said that if my security guards resist, they will shoot me… I tell them that we will resist.”

Dodik indicated that the move, the next step in the lawfare initiated by the globalist junta ruling Bosnia against the Serb leader, is be sanctioned by the U.S. Deputy Secretary Gabriel Escobar.

Dodik said that he is in possession of a memo from the intelligence community, which states that the leader of the List for Justice and Order, Nebojsa Vukanović, is under the auspices of the American Embassy in BiH and the National Democratic Institute in Sarajevo, an arm of the U.S. Democrat Party, aimed at organizing sustainable protests against the authorities in Srpska.

Dodik pointed out that the Americans are waging a hybrid war against Republika Srpska and Serbia, adding that the Americans destroyed the Constitution and the Dayton Peace Agreement, stressing that it was a criminal enterprise.

What makes this massive undertaking so common across our history? What is it about these structures that basically had the entire world construct them? What do they represent? Our history books are far from a valid resource, there are so many new discoveries being made with regards to pyramids and ancient archaeology that our education system simply cannot keep up with it all.
