Dr. Kirkpatrick opened his testimony by stating that the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office has been working tirelessly to identify and mitigate anomalies across all domains. The agency’s primary mission is to detect and resolve potential anomalies in real-time to ensure operational readiness across all branches of the military.
Dr. Kirkpatrick went on to describe the agency’s accomplishments over the past year, including the development of a sophisticated data analytics platform capable of analyzing large volumes of data from various sources. The platform can identify patterns and potential anomalies in real-time and provide actionable insights to military commanders.
